He came out to my house, we discussed style, he took measurements, and sent me a quote all in the same day. He was always timely when responding to any emails I sent. The shutters were installed about three weeks later. They are amazing! Besides receiving a great product, Phil is just a kind and friendly person. He remembered I was a teacher and included a thank you for being a teacher in his follow email. You’ll get a great product from a great person!
I am a contractor and don’t have a lot of time to explain or give direction. You can tell Adams what you want (one time) when you want the product and rely on their word as to delivery and installation. Their pricing has always been reasonable. Great people and company.
